Das ist ein Bug mit der Version 9.2.0.6
Fix mit - Patch 4015165
4015165 - REGRN SCALAR VARCHAR2 IN BINDS WITH DIFFERENT SIZE RANDOMLY FAILS WITH ORA-06502
übrigens bin ich wegen eines bösen Bugs in 9.2.0.6 auf 10g umgestiegen ... (schon Anfang 2006)
also entweder neueres Patchset oder diesen Patch ...
