Mal Schritt für Schritt:
Du klickst auf Pageprocess erstellen
Dort wählst du PL/SQL aus und vergibst anschließend einen namen
Als Point läßt du "onsubmit - after computations and validations" ausgewählt.
Bei "enter pl/sql page process" kommt nun dein INSERT rein. Create Process und fertig.
